Sheree Galpert, co-founder and principal of Future Stages, is an organization development consultant, actor, writer, educator, and small business owner. Her areas of expertise include interpersonal communication, diversity, leadership development, conflict management, sexual harassment prevention, and customer service. An abbreviated list of Sheree's clients includes Harvard University, Simmons College, Women's Bar Association, PricewaterhouseCoopers, United Nations Federal Credit Union, Hallmark Health, American Diabetes Association, and New England Gas Association. A professional regional theater actor, she has also taught theater and communications courses for various institutions, including Cornell University and Ithaca College. Sheree received her Master's in Organization Development from American University/NTL, and her BFA from the University of Washington. In addition to her O.D. affiliations, she is a member of Actor's Equity Association and the American Federation of Television and Radio Artists. June Murphy-Katz, co-founder and principal of Future Stages, is a professional consultant, facilitator and actor, with over fifteen years of experience in management, training/development and team building in both the public and private sectors. She has a BA and MA in Political Science with an emphasis on International Relations from the University of Massachusetts and the University of Connecticut, respectively, and an MEd from Suffolk University. June has performed in professional and community theaters, television, and educational video. Throughout her career she has been engaged in change management in organizations, with a special emphasis on diversity work and issues related to gender. June has a rich and varied background, ranging from her former role as Director of Residence at Wellesley College to her work as a senior consultant providing training to clients in the legal, financial and pharmaceutical industries. Her areas of expertise include diversity, group dynamics, team building and crisis intervention. June has also worked extensively with international populations and repatriation issues. |
